Paragon Heights Residents Association would like to inform that effective 5th Jan 2008, JKL Security is the authorized security company engaged to safeguard this neighborhood. To ensure the security guards are effective in their responsibilities, please adhere to the ‘Rules & Regulations’ below.
RULES & REGULATIONS - All vehicles are subjected to inspection and/or verification by security guards upon entry. Please provide your IC or photo ID for recording of details.
- Driver of all cars without valid ‘PPPH Security Pass’ car sticker must register with security.
- All contractors must produce ‘Authorization of Renovation’ letter from the owners of units they are renovating.
- Visitor must display ‘Visitor Pass’ on dashboard at all times whilst in neighborhood, and return to security guards upon exit.
- Contractors must display ‘Contractor Pass’ on dashboard at all times whilst in neighborhood, and return to security guards upon exit.
- Security guards are empowered to deny entry to any vehicle or person for any reason that impedes the safety of the residents.
- All vehicles leaving this neighborhood between 12midnight to 6am have to register with security.
- If car sticker is found not to match with vehicle registration, security guard can confiscate the car sticker for further investigation by committee.
- Speed limit within this neighborhood is 20km/hr. Please do not exceed for safety reaons.
